Exam.Coming! Exam.Coming!

I will be sitting for my degree semester exam next Tuesday and I'm nervous as usual. I get sweaty-hands, anxiety, insomnia, butterflies-in-the-stomach and gastric whenever exam approaches. And also those nightmares on missing the exam date, went to the wrong examination room and etc. :'( The aftermath from the exam will usually be a migraine due to not being able to sleep well.

Over the years, I've been trying to take it easy but my efforts were futile. This time around, I'll try not to set any high-expectations. As long as I know I had put in the effort, then it should be enough.

Now... how can I get those facts to stay in my head...
