I'm feeling quite drained-out nowadays working in the city. I used to have the energy to continue coding when I reached home but it seems that those days are gone. Everyday, I just crash to bed after dinner. I know it is very bad but I'm just too tired. The worst thing is if my body wants to rest and my mind refuses to shut-down - I'll end-up rolling until 12:00 - 1:00 AM.
I'm trying my best not to go down with a migraine by getting enough sleep as possible. Strangely, I made it through the other day with about 6 hours of sleep. That's really weird. During the weekends, I will just sleep and sleep and sleep. It's like never enough. Oh dear... I think my body-system is screwing up.
I don't feel as healthy as before probably due to the food I take nowadays. All those food in the city don't look very healthy to me - fast food, greasy food, fried food. I guessed I should go back to my low-fat high-fibre wholemeal sandwich diet during lunch (or probably dinner) for a while.
The air-quality in the city is pretty bad too with all the pollution. From the highway, KLCC looks hazy on most days unless it has rained. Lots of constructions and road-works going on and dust is everywhere. The heat from the sun is also very intense. (Nowonder my colleague said he wanted to go to the Antartic).
Oh well... I guessed I'll just need to adapt to it.
