Photo: Lake View Neighbor, December 1, 2011, 5 AM. Downed power lines sparked a fire on a neighbor's deck early today. (Click on photo to enlarge.)
Several neighbors report the Fire Department put out the fire without too much damage, but the downed power lines have been sparking "manageable fires" all day. Nervous times for the neighbors. The power is still out in parts of the neighborhood
