Photo: Diane Edwardson, March 6, 2012. I don't even know what kind of rodent this was - those look like ribs poking out on either side of a 3" diameter piece of torso. One neighbor suggested vole, because of the fur. Found at the base of a telephone pole frequented by Red Tailed Hawks on Corralitas Drive. (Click on photo to enlarge.)
