Elysian Valley & Cypress Park: Might Have Cleaner Air by 2015*

Around 150 community members attended Wednesday's community meeting where Metrolink responded to the community outcry over round-the-clock noise & air pollution.  Elysian Valley Riverside Neighborhood Councilmember Cecilia
