Photo: Gary Vlahakis, February 16, 2012. Santa Ana Winds moved a palm frond in the Red Tailed Hawk nest, fooling some of us into thinking there was a hawk on the edge of the nest, yesterday afternoon. (Click on photos to enlarge.)
