Semi Tropic Spiritualists' Tract: Palm Frond, Not A Red Tailed Hawk

Photo: Gary Vlahakis, February 16, 2012.  Santa Ana Winds moved a palm frond in the Red Tailed Hawk nest, fooling some of us into thinking there was a hawk on the edge of the nest, yesterday afternoon.  (Click on photos to enlarge.)  However, I did see a hawk fly in and out of the nest a couple times yesterday, around 8:30 AM and later around 4:30 PM. Photo: Gary Vlahakis, May 16, 2011.  One of
