Photo: Diane Edwardson, May 1, 2012.  Grading and hauling began in earnest on the controversial 16-lot subdivision in Semi Tropic Spiritualists' Tract.  We are keeping an eye on the 3 baby Red Tailed Hawks in the nest, just 100' from the site.  (Click on photo to enlarge.) According to the the City standard conditions for approval, they are supposed to have a 500' quiet zone for nesting
