What's.In.The.Box?

Something hilarious ...

I returned a call to a UPS shipping guy this morning, who called me yesterday when I was away. He wanted to inquire about the stuff I ordered from the eCompany Store - for clearance and declaration purposes and so, I happily oblige. I told him they were T-shirts and toys.

Here's part of the conversation:

The starters...

UPS Guy: What's Chess To-Go?
Me: That's a miniature chess-set.
UPS Guy: What does it do?
Me: It is a pocket-size board game. You know chess?
(I didn't know if Chess to-go hinted other meanings).

UPS Guy: What's Pique Double Rod?
Me: Pardon?
UPS Guy: .NET Pique Double Rod Trim LG
Me: That's a nice white polo T-shirt.

Here comes the fun part...

UPS Guy: What's a mouse doing in your package?
Me: That's a wireless pointing device for my computer. You know the computer mouse?
UPS Guy: Ok... computer equipment.

The grand finale ...

UPS Guy: What's uh... Brain in a Petri Dish?
Me: It is a small brain measuring up to 2 inches sitting inside a petri dish.
UPS Guy: For scientific purposes?
Me: No, for decorating my desk.
UPS Guy: Huh?
Me: It is a small toy for decorating my desk.
UPS Guy: Oh Ok.

Omigosh, I think he must have thought what a weirdo I am, ordering nets (.NET), rods, dead mouse and brains from the United States. ^_^

Anyway, the merchandizes will arrive tomorrow. I hope everything is still intact. *Gulp* *especially the brain*...
