Photo: Diane Edwardson, December 1, 2011. At least one Corralitas Drive homeowner breathed a sigh of relief when a large branch from a healthy eucalyptus tree crashed into the canyon rather than on his home. The tree is on the Red Car Property. (Click on photo to enlarge.)
This part of the canyon has a number of large eucalyptus trees on the slopes that seem to lose branches or go down
