LayerSample.Jan.2009.Release

Not wanting to let my brain slowdown during Chinese New Year, I have decided to update my Layered Architecture Sample. I have been receiving a few requests on releasing a sample that uses ADO.NET Entity Framework (EF) and since I have just experimented with it (a little), I went ahead to migrate the sample from LINQ-to-SQL to ADO.NET EF.

So here it is, LayerSample January 2009 Release (now comes with ADO.NET EF).
