LAFD Calls A Red Flag No Parking Day For Wednesday, Nov 2, 2011

The Fire Department is calling a Red Flag No Parking Alert for the first time in almost 3 years (the last one was in January 2009).  Starting at 8AM, November 2, 2011, many neighborhood streets
