Red Car Property: "Lot C" Still A Parking Lot

Photos: Diane Edwardson, February 14, 2012.  Wonder if this guy has permission from the property owner to park on "Lot C" of the Red Car Property.  "Lot C" is not the unbuilt paper street, Silver Lake Court.  (Click on photo to enlarge.)  With so many other vehicles parked on "Lot C," I'm not sure why this one was singled out by Parking Enforcement.  There had been a drilling rig parked across
