Bill Gates has announced his plans to transition out of his role in Microsoft. It will be a two-year transition process and by July 2008, he will be working fulltime in the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation. I feel so sad ... makes me wanna transition out of the IT industry too. But I guessed he will be contributing more to the world through his foundation and he will always be remembered.
