Photo: Diane Edwardson, February 9, 2012, 2:27 PM.  Several police cars and a helicopter seemed to conclude a pursuit up Rosebud Ave at Peru St.  Guns drawn, LAPD arrested detained a suspect (on the ground in photo) who was wearing a bright green tank top and bright red, oversized basketball shorts.  (Click on photo to enlarge.)  *UPDATE 2-16-02:  Senior Lead Officer Al Polehonki looked into this
