Red Car Canyon: More Fungus

Photo: Diane Edwardson, April 1, 2012.  Last week's rains started fungus growing on one of the logs in the mouth of Red Car Canyon.  (Click on photo to enlarge.) It looks a bit like "Chicken of the Woods" fungus, but is far too small, see MykoWeb under "Polypores."
