Rosebud Ave Overpass: CalTrans Cleared Tree Branches Under 2 Freeway*

Photo: Diane Edwardson, December 12, 2011.  About a half hour after I shot this, CalTrans was shredding the tree branches (on Rosebud) from the December 1st windstorm.  (Click on photo to enlarge.) The storm drain was still blocked by debris, but I guess that's the City's problem.  Call 311 or use the free CD13 311 iPhone app to report down trees in City streets and blocked storm drains.
