Corralitas Drive: Questioning My Rain Gauge

Since moving a hundred feet up the street, I've had trouble finding a  good location for my rain gauge.  Too many trees are blocking a clear rain catch.  Today's rain says to me, I need to find another location for the gauge.  There's no
