I'm sad to say that my XBOX 360 is dead. Well, not really dead dead but as in it cannot play games anymore. It will freeze up within 5 minutes of gameplay and I have tried all the troubleshooting steps here but to no avail. Sad to see it die in less than a year of ownership.
I will need to send it down to Singapore for repairs. Sigh...
